Succession takes centre court at the Australian Open men’s final

Novak Djokovic and Carlos Alcaraz’s battle took second place to networking among many of Rod Laver Arena’s patrons on Sunday night.

At Rod Laver Arena on Sunday, generational change was the theme of the evening. On court, Novak Djokovic battled Carlos Alcaraz – the last of the old guard against the new prodigy.

Watching from an on-court seat (the most expensive in the house) was actress and Succession star Sarah Snook. Then in the stands, a member of the family the television show was based on – Sarah Murdoch. Husband Lachlan Murdoch wasn’t spotted, though Sarah watched the game with another heiress – this time to the Ingham chicken fortune – Tamie Ingham. Ingham’s husband, celebrity chef Guillaume Brahimi, was also there.
