The NSW Electoral Commission and Premier Chris Minns have been ordered by parliament’s upper house to hand over documents related to his electoral campaign more than a decade ago, in a potentially damaging flare-up of a long-running dispute about undocumented cash donations.
Minns has denied all wrongdoing and insisted the September 2014 fundraiser at the Sunny Seafood restaurant in Hurstville has been fully investigated.
