When Leonard Ng chucked in a 15-year career in bond trading for landscape architecture, his world changed overnight.

“One day, I was head of a proprietary trading desk, managing a team, trading all over the world,” Singapore-based Ng says. “The next day, I’m an intern at National Parks Board serving tea to my superiors.”
