One of the big external managers of Australia’s superannuation honeypot paints a pretty rosy picture.
PIMCO economist Tiffany Wilding has the fun job of overseeing the $US2.26 trillion asset manager’s quarterly investment forums.
Wilding gets together with her fellow economists, PIMCO’s bond fund managers and analysts to thrash out the big issues to come up with a six to 12-month outlook. This is sent to the investment committee and helps determine a house view that’s represented across PIMCO’s various funds.
